I think they will make it, will take a lot of work but I am willing to make the effort and these plants are hardy so guess time will tell.

We had rain last night but nothing like the storms you guys had. I was just checking on my plants, shaking the water off of them and removing some yellow leaves. They’re hanging low but nothing broke.

I have not seen rain like that in probly 30 years. I could not see the house across the street. Full grown trees were blowing sideways. It was incredible.

We need the rain here my lake is 4 feet lower I can see mud bottom the fish are holding signs bring water fast

Its been dry as a popcorn fart here for weeks. And blazing hot. Over 100 for lots of days. That storm yesterday knocked the hell out of that heatwave.

Pakistan is under water and the third largest river in the world, the Yangtze river in China is completely dry.
Uncovering WW2 ships and artifacts in Greenland on the daily almost it seems because of the JetStream getting moved off-course.
Crazy stuff.

I was working oilfield at that time. It was brutal in the summer. Still had to pull rods and trip pipe tho.

Damn folks, I really feel for you all! My only saving grace is the lake-effect which has hit’s and misses.
Yesterday we were all ready for a smashing, but then the lake-effect and terrain (being on-top of a cliff next to said lake) literally bounced the storm away from us. My autos are to come down near Sept 9th and I’m not too worried about the UK Cheese which has a habit of being William Wallace in bad weather: indifferent.
While we’re all on the subject of “bad news”, I hope it’s okay and helps with everyone’s spirit getting a little uplifted when I show this update of my Jalisco 
Landrace seed-run:
