Johnnypotseed’s 3-ring circus - with autos, photos & sex…reversals, that is! (Part 3)

Looks wet for a couple days, then humid. Hate to cut it even a little early, but it’ll be prime mold weather after the rain.

Lol Good Morning OG’s!

If it were me? I’d cut it now in that case
Rather a bit early than to lose it to mold after all the work

I can not help but wonder if that is what I had several years ago.
It was called Frankenstein but it had the dragon blood trait.

@JohnnyPotseed
Should I assume your frank did not have colored sap, aka Dragons blood?
A friend bought it on Craig’s list so no telling really.

Oh, is it too late for “Good Morning”?
Maybe good afternoon. :stuck_out_tongue:
Hope everyone is having a decent day, especially you @JohnnyPotseed
Oh, and @Slick1 too.
If he has a worse day, the bees may just get the best of him…LOL

I got stung this summer and I feel the same…WTF???

Original Frankenstein has been grown and known all over the USA for over 20+yrs now. This I know since I’m the original breeder, and passed out clones and seeds coast to coast lol It doesn’t have ‘red-ish’ sap. I don’t know where you got it, but sounds like you possibly got a cross, rather than the pure Frankie. Off of Craig’sList doesn’t encourage confidence.

Sound advice. Hanging right now. Sure smells nice!

I figured that too, but wasn’t really worried about it. As long as the crop is saved! lol

I was wondering when Frankenstein started being available on Craig’s List.

I meant no harm by my statement.
It was just my only experience with anything called Frankenstein.
I did say there was no telling as to what I really had then.

So I was kinda saying I thought I had what @BigMike55 described as Bloody Monster
It did have the red blood.
But alas, it came from craigslist as Frankenstein but they could have called it anything they wanted. :grinning:

I was not even trying to suggest I got a legit Frankenstein cut off craigslist.
It could be said I would not even know one if it bit me…LOL

It was just something clicking in my brain about the cut I had they called Frankenstein with red blood.
Figured I would ask about it.
Again I did not mean to offend anyone here.

Peace

No offense taken Shag. I was only wondering if @JohnnyPotseed was selling thru Craig’s List as well. Or if someone was getting his stuff on the cheap and turning it for a profit. Never know!
As for the Bloody Monster bleeding red, I would definitely look for it, but don’t expect it. The genes are in there I know. Because the pollen came directly from a male bleeder. But the female it’s crossed with is the standard Frankenstein. Bloody Monster we’re originally from JPS. With my DBHP pollen.

Very interesting, thanks!
We will never know what I really had, but per chance it was really the bloody monster…
I thought it was a very nice plant.
I did enjoy it while I had it, I do not remember why it died but I remember missing it :pensive:…LOL
This was most likely 10+ years ago BTW.
