Honestly I haven’t touched the top. Just looks like that from the picture. Unless you’re seeing something I’m not. She has very thick bushing tho like she thinks she’s topped

If you zoom in on the pic, you’ll see the tiny new tip growth/stem was pinched, making the double cola. Either accidentally fimmed, or done purposely, it’s there to see, cuz. That’s exactly what it looks like when you pinch the tiny new leaf node on top.
You get two colas going from either side, and there is a tiny ‘nub’ sticking up usually.
I have seen that happen when the new growth tip dies for some reason or other, like too close to lighting, etc. So, it coulda happened without you knowing.

I was always partial to that '98 ‘The Pure’ also known as Skunk#1. I grew her as clone only since I bought the beans in '98. Did quite a few crosses of her & various strains. The ‘Pepe Le Blu’ was just the last of many, lol

Sounds like me lol . Done a lot of weedeating and push mowingand clearing I like to call it . “Prep-work”
She wanted to wait for the dandelion’s to make honey …I ended up picking 4 cups of PETALS…Lotta work …she hasn’t particapated …needless to say lawns getting mowed today lmao …
I’m starting to lean toward creeping thyme …we have this native cold season grass …the clusters r like stumps pita to mow

Yup, hopefully we won’t get anymore random thunderstorms this weekend. Cuz this lawn is gonna need a good mow and thatching for the first time this year aswell.
I gotta get these goats out my garden and into a new pen so I can get the tractor in and till.

It took me over an hour. Usually takes me 30 min but the mulching blade could only handle 1/2 runs (cut only 1/2 of the width of the mower) or it clogged and shut down. On top of the 1/2 run I also had to go over it twice to do the deed.
Needless to say i’m AM tired, had a second espresso and am so very proud at how healthy our land is!
Green ground bush like this don’t grow on bad soil

This is what I’m afraid of. If I wait another weekend, it will be double passes for sure.
I really just need to get some collars for these goats and stake em out to mow for me!
