Johnnypotseed’s 3-ring circus - with autos, photos & sex…reversals, that is! (Part 4)

Cue that Tarzan Yell @Pigeonman
I’m sure thats worthy of a Parade…

There are a couple of examples of this that I personally have experienced.

  1. about 20 yrs ago, we bought a 1yr flea treatment for our dogs, expensive but worth it, because it actually worked very well! When we went back to the vets to get it again, they told us ‘it worked too well and the company no longer makes it’!
  2. I had occasion to do some rebuild work in a petro-chemical refinery in south Texas in 1980. We had to change in the locker room for employees. On a poster board they’d posted the results of a contest among employees for the most fuel efficient engine modification. An employee won it with a carburetor that got 280mpg, (YES, you read that right, 280mpg carburator modification!)This was on a V-8 engine! In 1980!!!
Naturally as it was done under the companies auspices, it belonged to the company. They patented it then proceeded to bury it!

These 2 things are a prime example of why folks can’t find stuff that is truly great! The big corps would be outta business in no time!

@JohnnyPotseed not just the pesticide people. I printed millions of labels for Spectracide products. Nasty shit, but kept me busy. All those plastic jug makers too.
Packaging as an industry is just massive.

After I’m done with the mixing and testing, I might just move it to a stand-alone tutorial post.

The person asked to be kept anonymous, but wanted me to give it out to any and all growers, OG or not!

It can’t be made or sold, commercially at least, in the USA… but as an private individual, anyone can make and use it on their own!

lol hell then I get outta bed, go to my chair and sit down to this…

She must really love you to want to settle on a bony lap like that bro.
My cat won’t spend much time there because my legs twitch and I have to move them all the time. But my chair has wide, flat, cushy arms.
I’ve never, really, been a “cat person”, but she’s a pretty neat cat. Cassidy is my bio-feedback device, if you know what I mean. lol

I’m not a cat-person either lol I love my Rotties! We got her for a ‘mouser’ living out here in the boonies, we get mice come in from the fields/woods whenever winter sets in. She gets on my good leg/knee lol
She thinks she’s one of the dogs

One of the dogs, or “top dog”?

She doesn’t let them bully her! lol Also, she is a damn good mouser! lol She’ll come parading through the house with a mouse hanging out of her mouth, the dogs jump up to see, she just growls at em while walking through the group of them 3, and they back TF off!

We got her specifically as a mouser, after the first winter here with them damn mice coming in! lol 6 weeks old, $25 bucks at the animal shelter, that was neutered, flea treated, and chipped.

That’s not even a little surprising.
For a dog to fight a house cat, would be like you or me fighting a mountain cat pound for pound. Or at least a pissed off Bob Cat. lol

She only growls when she has a mouse lol but it was the best $25 we ever spent. Se’s caught a lot of mice and we don’t have chewed up toilet paper, or mouse droppings in our drawers any more! lol
She weighs a whopping 5-6 pounds, them dogs are all around 80-100lbs

her name is Rascal, and she lives up to it!
