I sympathize, had some hellacious rotator cuff issues. The PT was painful, but after about 4-5 weeks the issue started to recede and it’s been AOK ever sense !

Here it was supposed to storm bad but other than a quick hard shower nothing but heavy winds.
The rain did tame down the THICK yellow pollen. It’s heavy and pretty early this year. Ah Choo 
I know if I want to sniff the ladies in the morning I will need to do it before walking the doggie
