I checked the delivery date for those nutes. It says the Nitrogen and Phosphorus will be arriving Thu, Sep 21 . That will not do. I’ll be checking at Walmart for some poor mans nutrients.
The potassium is supposed to be here Wednesday. I guess they’re back ordered on the rest.

Yep. My wife noticed the order was split and asked when the second batch was going to be here, so I went back on and saw the date of expected delivery. Yeah, I can’t wait that long. She’s headed to town now and will look for what we need.

I’m getting ready to start some molasses working. It’ll probably be a six gallon run. I should get ~5 qts of 110 proof rum when all is said and done. The mash should be ready in two weeks or so, then I’ll have the brothers over for a late night rum run.

Yeah. I just married a woman that was, and still is, a fantastic cook. I was 6’2" and 195 lbs when we married. Now I’m 6’1 and 260 lbs. Gravity’s a bitch.
Popcorns widow released his recipe to the public a few years back. My brother actually made his best attempt at recreating it. Since he didn’t use a copper still, it was probably a little different than Pops but it was dang tasty.

He was a crazy ole dude! Met him several times at parties on the mountain my buddy threw, before I finally got his number. I bought the book he wrote or rather dictated. Complete with autograph from the man himself. Won’t ever forget being stuck in the same traffic jam as him due to another big rig wreck in the gorge on I40. He was out of the truck selling jars door to door. Car door to door that is! 
They were gonna put him away for good that last time. He just said nope.
