I’ve never come across this. Usually it’s always a larger feed into the smaller feed.

I hope it exists! Would be handy!

Myself, I’d just go a DYI store, buy all slip to slip PVC fittings and make one.
I’ve made so many in my life of field service work, from oil manifolds to supply oil to bearings in a gear cases, then to my hydro endeavors, I made over the years…
I wish I was closer, hell we’d just bounce to a Lowes/Home Depot and slap one together.
It’s just slip to slip fittings, cut pipe pieces are nipples, or connectors.
Tee’s are the back bone of it.
The reducers fit into the tee’s or a nipple, and of course a end cap.
A bag of 10 slip (size of your tee’s) to hose 3/8 fittings.
So a small length of PVC pipe, then cut your nipples from that, to what length of manifold you want. Just remember, to add 3/4’s of inch on either side of a fitting for the slip areas, where you would glue them once all fit up.
You do not need one, a cheapo tubing cutter is your friend, but a saw works fine also.
A small can of primer and glue for making it permanent once all fit up.
