Im still stuck with my 35 lb anchor of a light the 1st models they offered
Almost caused fires, had didodes and drivers burning out left and right.
Can be fix with new parts, but you may have to fix it in middle of a grow or at the end of ever one. I have a bunch of new diodes burned out on my Mars Hydro 1600 type 2, Very start of their systems. Paid a lot for it way back then.
I am now turned off by their products due to the customer service I was provide, I should have gotten a new light or refund for all the problems I had with it,

I’ve always avoided their products after reading about how they didn’t honour the warranty they supplied with the lights if it had been bought from a different supplier other than themselves and even when bought directly from them the shipping costs to have their shoddy workmanship repaired by the same people that should have done a better job in the first place had to be covered by the customer.
The quality these days has greatly improved and I’ve no doubt they grow excellent plants but that company won’t ever receive any of my hard earned cash.

Yes They seem like the new lights do work and last a bit longer
But once I got the taste of bad service I will not go back.
Unless they trade my old light in for a new one LOL
I even have the original box and packing material.

Like I said I heard good things about their new lights
Just wish the customer service handle me differently when I spent over 650 dollars on a light that never lasted a year.
This made me leary of ever buying again.

While I am not in this giveaway so others have a better chance, I will say I have had nothing but good experiences with Mars products. I have many of their lights and each one has done a great job with no issues at all. Now I have not dealt with their customer service as I have not had any product issues so I can’t speak to that.
