Funny the way the corporate network reports - Maine has not set its tax rate yet. Actually the voter-passed law currently on the books has a 10% tax rate, and the Maine government is refusing to implement the law.

IMO, the black market will keep 50% or more of sales until tax rates are reduced below 10%, like alcohol.

This begs the question as to what the true motives of our illustrious state governments are.
