Hello.
I have a bottle of Calcium Magnesium by T.A. that reads the following:
NPK 1-0-0
So is nitrogen some sort of magnesium?
could be calciumnitrat?
The calcium is derived from calcium nitrate probably
What than does NPK 1-0-0 mean on a magnesium bottle? I am a lickle confused!
According to their SDS it is 16% Calcium nitrate & 4% Magnesium nitrate.

Nitrogen - Phosphorus - Potassium = NPK
Calcium nitrate and Magnesium Nitrate will deliver
Calcium + Nitrogen
Magnesium + Nitrogen
Calcium silicate aka wollastonite aka vansil 20 is a great calcium source without nitrogen, and Epsom salts provide magnesium without nitrogen and also contains sulfate which the plants like. I amend my media at transplanting with a big scoop of the cal sil and then water in 1/2 tsp per gallon of water every two weeks. Been using 1-1.5 tsp Epsom with it for two flower cycles and it seems to be working well.
