Thanks! That one hasn’t even been on my radar, I’ll check it out.

Thorium 2011 since I live close to Three Mile Island, I thought I knew some shit about nuclear power production. I knew nothing. I also realized it is could have been done super safe, super efficient, and can burn up nuke warheads, by going to LFTR molten salt reactors. It is a fascinating story.
So I went from not trusting any uranium based reactor, to wanting to invest in LFTR technology.

All of them! :grinning:

Thanks for the suggestion, just watched it

:+1::ok_hand::heart: Loved it. It started out a little slow but a quarter of the way through I was on the edge of my seat trying not to get ahead of the doc and overthink things

Time well spent

Anyone watch This?

Try the marijuana conspiracy streaming on Hulu. A totally different stoner movie.
I prefer to watch comedies when blazed. Grownups and the wrong missy were both enjoying and hella funny. Especially considering I’m not a fan. Well I wasn’t until I watched it stoned.

I got half way through Morbius and shut it off. That was all I could take.
To each his own I guess. :slightly_smiling_face:

All back story? It looks like marvel is setting the franchise up to be their next big thing. The movie is mostly back story about how Morbius came to be but I thought it was cool anyway. The visuals are pretty bad ass.

I found Morbius very boring and drab. Poorly written and filmed even worse. I was looking si forward to it too

All the successful marvel movies have humor mixed in. Thor, iron man, spider man, black widow…etc all engage the audience more. This was just a sit there and watch nothing happen until the last 15 mins then you can’t even see what’s happening, lol

Well I was drinking and smoking when I watched it…which is my normal routine for watching movies. Yes I agree that the plot was very shall I say “shallow”…not much too it. Seems like a setup movie…kinds like a prequel to the Morbius franchise…I like the lead actor and the visuals were terrific…it also, it being the writing/presentation technique, kinda seems like it was “vampire like” or bat like…hard to put my finger on it…but kinda a movie geared toward vampires, bats, blind hunters if that makes sense? Anyway I enjoyed it.

When I was watching it I thought that it was kinda like the antithesis of marvel movies, definitely a different writing technique, it full of dry ironic humor.

Have you seen Everything, everywhere all at once? That is the last one I watched…it was different but good…need to rewatcgh it when I’m drinking…I wouldn’t be surprised if that one won an Oscar. The whole audience was clapping afterward.

Pentavrate on Netflix was pretty good in a weird “Tim and Eric, awesome show, great job” kinda way…

Also, Kids in the Hall dropped a new season 30 years later on Amazon Prime and that’s fuckin extremely hilarious.
