Repetition is funny especially on purpose ad nauseum.

This movie seemed a little hard to follow but at the end I wanted to go back and watch it again.

Pretty different but pretty cool. By Tim Burton.

Big Fish

Haha, America is less blurry than Canada. That TV show has cult classic written all over it. I thought the episode were too short but I watch the whole season of the pentaverate in one sitting…kept me watching. Lol, and the Netflix network exec pops in with “commentary”…

:four_leaf_clover::four_leaf_clover::four_leaf_clover:

Great flick. It’s destined to be a classic.

This was one of the most wickedly, disturbing, disgusting, trauma inducing movies I ever seen in my life…a bonified cult classic…part 2 was equally disturbing too. Good films💯

…for me it’s basically any movie with this guy here👇🏿

Especially these two flims…these the ones I watch when I spark up. There’s a few others, but these two hold a special place in my heart…next to my mother.

I’m surprised nobody mentioned these movies

Ok. I’m going out on a limb here. Because I am a huge horror fan, I search out films that will either scare the shit out of me, or leave me thinking what the hell I just watched.

For a really fun horror movie. Try Drag Me To Hell. It’s a pretty good ride.
Also the Devil’s Rejects was really good.

For crime and such.
A History of Violence excellent.
Black Mass. Johnny Depp as Whitey Bulger. Good shit.
And for those who want something a bit different.
Antichrist. Artsy farts but incredible imagery.
And now for a couple that I thought were really well done but never want to see again.
A Serbian Film. Nastiest of the nasties. Basically a porn actor doing some unspeakable things for a movie producer. Well done but very ugly subject matter.

And one film that I watched recently. Very well done film with an unusual way of filming it.
Irreversible.
The film is shown in reverse chronological order. I.e. you get a scene and the next scene shows what happened to cause it to happen. A little confusing at first, but what a ride. But it’s a film I will never ever watch again. It’s that graphic. It will stay with you for weeks.

lmao I was just going to recommend A Serbian Film. That movie was fucked up all the way through the ending. The original Martyrs was good too.

I quite enjoyed this one. Lunacy.

If you like Martyrs, check out INSIDE… its a French film but you can get English subs. Its pretty fucked up too. Also High Tension…they named that one right.

Lars von Trier is a cool but underappreciated director. Check out The House That Jack Built… Holy Crap!

He quit recently. He said something like “I can be Lars von Trier the director or Lars von Trier the man but not both.”

Makes sense too me. Intense stuff.

I did not know that. I will hafta look into that.

Something about drugs and bad habits being necessary for his dark creative process.

I can see that. haha. He IS way out there, but that’s what I find interesting about him.

D,WMC? is a stoner movie without the weed.

I really enjoyed the animated Spiderman Into The Spiderverse while high. I want to give it a viewing with some mushrooms.
