I agree with all that but I meant what would be the minimum output of seeds? like 500 or 10 000 or just as much as possible.

Gotcha. We have figured ~500 for 50 packs to start though some are striving for more. Watching the lists and new members coming in, I would personally up it to ~1000 for 100 packs for this year though really its just a guess as we have never done this before on this type of scale.

Of course, it will vary depending upon the popularity of the strain Either way, once get down to say, 10 packs (100 seeds) then someone will have to do another seed run… either the original breeder with clones that made the f2’s or a new breeder with f2’s.

Yeeee----aaaa----hhhhh somehow it didn’t click in my brain that when Sebring said he was sending the package he didn’t have the Skunk '91 to send with it as it was in transit to me and it still didn’t click until now. My sincere apologies guys…I will make a special trip to the post office tomorrow as I just got back home enjoying the “balmy” 38F day today running errands an pretty wiped out…left over pizza to the rescue for dinner tonight

Hey everybody, I’m just finding this thread. I have a grow friend moving near me this spring and we will be collaborating on some stuff. I have a nice large space I’m trying to develop into my grow rooms. If that all comes together this spring I will be glad to run a strain or two. I can’t commit just yet but will keep you informed on my progress. Very strong community we have here! To be able to pull all of this off successfully… wow. Hope I can be of help soon! peace

Good news everyone!

We have got official statement for OG members from Bodhi himself. I think we can end all discussions about morality of reproducing Bodhi’s work. We were given guide how to treat his work. To quote him on this:

i feel honored that theres so much interest in my lines and people are willing to reproduce them…

i dont have issues with reproduction unless the lines are currently in production, for personal or friends is fine… ill try and jot down my feelings on the ethics of seeds and the future in the next few days…

I have thanked him for his generosity and example that many breeders could follow.

We can now formulate ground rules for this project:

We were granted the privilege to breed with Bodhi’s seeds to re-create his lines as long as:

The line reproduced is not currently in production and

the resulting seeds won’t be sold commercially * and

produced seeds will be used for personal purposes or distributed only to our friends / OG community

*) covering shipping is OK

It would be great to update first post in the topic to follow these rules.
