Not at all, I think some wires got crossed. The comparative is officially closed but we always have a few packs for emergencies. Jack was trying to go above and beyond and help you out.
He was only looking to make sure the package had the best chance to get through because if it had any issues we would not be able to resend it and putting a full name (false if you want) is better than just 2 letters on the package.
He wasnāt actually declining you, just requesting you add a more details to make sure we have the best success rate.
