Just wondering about the validity of moon phases and its effects on plants. Has anybody else’s growth taken off like exponentially in the last 5-7 days regardless of light cycles?

I’ve never understood why the moon cycle would affect plants. The only difference is the reflection of the sun off the moon, and besides a negligible amount of extra light, the plants shouldn’t know whether the moon is waxing, waning, full, or new.

Anyone have an opposing view, I’d love to hear it.

I have never noticed any difference, and no I haven’t had any unusual growth lately. . . @Worcestershire_Farms I would also like to here an opposite opinion👍

Gravitational pull perhaps? I just garden when I feel like… screw waiting for the moon to be in the right phase.

@wolfshadow63 may be able to provide some hard evidence?
