I’m going to a music festival next month and most of the lineup is EDM that I’m unfamiliar with. I’m trying to check some of it out in advance to see if it’s worth my while to record. There’s a DJ named Boogie T and he has a side project called Boogie T/rio where he plays guitar and sings instead of mixing phat beats. Apparently he likes weed.

I’m mostly excited to see one of my favorite funk bands, Lettuce.

Oh yeah. It spent a few days trying to play it on my cheapo guitar until my fingers bled. Being acoustic i couldn’t get the slides and the echo. Very frustrating.
