yeah. his birthday was coming up anyway, so technically an early birthday present. any time i give him weed before i order he usually gives me free food, lol.

I sub honey instead of corn syrup. I use 2/3 the amount as I prefer it less sweet. It was quite nice and the coke softens the pecans a bit extra

Oyster mushrooms from a local forest. Delicious, free, regenerative.
I highly recommend to learn the mushrooms(and lookalikes, toxic or otherwise) in your specific area and go hunting!

Have you ever tried the external grilled cheese?
You just put the cheese on the out side of the bread as well and carmelizes as expected.
You end up with gooey cheese inside and crisp on the outside, I’ve done with both sharp and regular cheddar cheese.
