trellis (trls) n.
A structure of open latticework, especially one used as a support for vines and other creeping plants. Overgrow note - It works on other dope too, not just creeper weed.
An arbor or arch made of latticework.

To make (something) in the form of a trellis.
The purpose of trellising is to balance canopy growth and crop production.
