Im sure someone would notice it become a regular thing, but…
It would only work if in same town/city if outside of that range it won’t happen I think. I obviously have pondered this greatly since I was a kid. Thought it could be a way to skate postage and personal responsibility if something that a “chargeable offense” inside the package.
