Will new members since last box Shadey managed be in that list? How will Sebring know at what country each member belongs to and which strains has he signed in so he can send the correct seeds to the correct distributor? I’m off this discussion, good luck to all …

No, I will reach out to new members that are not in that database for their information and payments as Shadey did previously.
This is why on the spring box people were asked to start adding their flags to their signup name. This way Sebring will know which country they are in so he knows what seeds to send.
I appreciate your input @George , it just seems that the way you did the distribution is not the exact same way Shadey did it here. Since I am new to the distribution I need to follow what the previous distributor instructed as that is what was working here in Canada. Sebring is in control so if he wishes that method changed it is totally up to him. I don’t know why it was done one way with you and a different way with Shadey but I have to assume it was set up that way for a reason. Either way, I don’t make these decisions, they were made for me and I just follow them. It’s the best I can do while I try to help out OG with this task.

We get a list from Sebring with all the participants ( some already categorized under their distributors ) and which seed runs they’re in and how many of each pack we are gonna receive
The rest that’s not under their distributors, usually gets located in the end.
If we don’t have their safe address we just send the a dm and ask about it.
Then we do the mass dm with payment info and send the packs
Some times more work sometimes less

This is my first time doing this i was confused. But i went on sebrings site from the link your provided typed in my strain I signed up for added the $2 donation and cashed out hopefully the seeds will be mailed soon. I’m unsure when ill get them but my transaction went through

The seeds are given out basically for free. Most of the people doing the seedmaking do all of it - the grow, dry, shuck, sort, package, label, and shipping - for free. I know I do. It doesn’t cost that much money, but it’s a lot of time. We do it out of sheer love for the community and 100% in support of the good people of Overgrow.
So, if you have any funds to spare, please give a donation at the same time as you pay for shipping. To be completely transparent, I don’t get any of that and I don’t want to - it goes to straight Sebring and he gives it back to the site to cover server costs if there’s any extra after all his work. I only mention this because we gotta share the wealth in support of people doing good in this community.

I don’t think there’s much left over cuz not very many people donate. That’s why I spoke up. But both are good causes.
If you want to specifically support Sebring, he sells seeds and CBD lotions of his own on his site.
