That would be my guess although some of the Ender 3 models are pretty versatile. I have been researching a few of them recently. Thinking of grabbing an Ender 3 Neo. It doesnât have the upgraded color panel but does have an auto leveling feature that sounds very useful.

You can get different types of plastics. The machines to run those other types are very pricey.
Weâve only run the 2 types so far. We run PET-G and PLA

I will check out that model, thinking about it, I saw a YouTube vid with a guy who builds loads of different electrical water and wind turbines from all sorts of stuff, offering an ender 3 for free as a prize, after he was sent one by the manufacturer to test, as he had never used one, he really liked it but needed something bigger.
OK thanks, the link Doug provided, lists those types of plastics with their pros and cons. I need to do some learning now lol.

Right now the Ender 3 Pro is on our.Amazon for $339, it handles PLA/ABS/Wooden/Gradient/Carbon Fibre and etc. Not sure what ETC includes.
The Ender 3 Neo is $310 and has auto leveling. It lists PLA/TPU/ABS and PETG.
The Ender 3 V2 is lister at $392. It has a new Color interface and doesnât list its filament types.
