Ok, well an early weekend update. Assembled the first light this morning I fabricated the frame rails from 3/4" aluminum angle because it’s the cheapest 4’ length available at Lowe’s. The entire assembly is 19.6" in length and 10" wide. I’ve got frame holes for chain-style hanging.
