No but kind of lol. Bingo got hurt when young so wasn’t useful as a quarter horse so wasn’t wanted but not rescued. Spyder wasn’t wanted because he is off mentally and apparently the mare that threw him only threw retarded horses. So very jumpy which is dangerous and no sense really. Like when I go out and throw pieces of carrots out for them he will walk at you. You can bounce the carrots of his head he will keep walking towards you then when he gets to you and is like ok where’s my treats! I kid you not. Spirit is mustang so he was born wild and caught and they abused the hell out of him. They named him spirit cause the dude training him said he will break his spirit. No this isn’t some Disney cartoon, same name and color horse, he would tye the horse down to the ground for days at a time. Hit, whipped, dragged, and who knows what else. He is a special kind of pos. Once I moved out west the animal abuse and conditions allowed by the city, county, state are appalling. If you own a horse as long as you have an amount of food, any not out for food already, and some water any amount no shade required. Oh ya it’s 100+ from June to September. Mind boggling.

Thank you @Coffin_Dodger Oh yeah he can lol. He is the dominant one out of the two we have, we just rescued him in may, he was born on Christmas. The previous owner wasn’t taking care of him, was never handled or out of his cage. And… his cage was in their kids room who used to torment him through the bars. (Friends with somebody who knew the owner so I got the rundown, that’s how I found out about him) he bit me good the day I got him, but within a week he was warming up. Now… hes just like Nugget, and couldn’t imagine not having him around.

What kind of chickens are those. They barely have any comb and we were looking to get chickens but don’t like the big combs.
@semoactivist cricket looks like taco bell dog in the pic with his teeth showing. I love animals!

@420noob do you rescue then keep them. Or do you rehabilitate them and find them homes?

I help mother-in-law with them. She’s tried to give one away once to a “good family” but after 6 months the horse was about 100lbs light. So she asked why and the lady couldn’t afford to feed but “loved the horse” and didn’t see any abuse. That was Spyder as you see he is back. I’ve been here 7 years helping her. It works out for her since there is 2 houses on the property so that works out for us as well. She has always rescued and kept animals.
