Alcohol tinture questions

Im going to make an alcohol tincture for the first time I usually just infuse mct oil.

I plan on using everclear and the qwet method but their are so many other methods out there what one makes the most potent tincture?

Also can I cut my tincture with something to help with the alcohol taste? Maybe something sweet? Mct oil?

I am looking for a good hard hitting simple syrup recipe their are quite a bit of recipes out their I was hoping to get peoples personal opinions or scientific opinions.

(On another note should I add sunflower lecithin to it?)

@ReikoX- do you know what’s the max amount of thc you can dissolve in a given amount of everclear? Like if you have an oz of everclear, you can dissolve up to x g’s of oil/shatter/rosin in that oz? I know theres a scientific term for this- saturation point?

I was much happier with the MCT/hash infusion than the alcohol extraction. FWIW. No burn.

tincture production? I’ve been accruing RSO and other concentrates and would like to make other products out of non-smokeakle plant parts.
