My little indoor grow is coming along nicely in it’s early stages…
I have been hand watering my seedlings in soil, but will be going on vacation in about a month.
I am looking for an automatic watering system. Any suggestions??

Yeah the blumat thing is kind of what I had in mind. Something with a sensor…smart watering, not just a timer.
Looks like there is a possible Arduino solution, but I am surprised in this day and age there aren’t more plug and play kits out there!
Google didn’t really turn anything up…
Wall Wifi timer, 12v adapter, 12v pump, tubes, dripper, rez i use to feed a swamp cooler.

Interesting , I’m leary of depending on automatic watering systems. But it would definitely make things easier

I’m in need of this. I hope I can get it done.
It would make it automatic. Joking aside besides the easy wicking systems above the consistent and easily programmable dripper is great if u not doin purely organic because you can press a button and get runoff if needed.
I used blumats like deal with house plants on vacation but dunno if it’s enough in a dry climate for hungry ass bitches.
