That sounds about right.
I use to grow Flood and drain and would go straight water in the last week. Since then I’ve read some things about flushing vs not flushing and have decided there isn’t any benefit from flushing with straight water.
But that’s only my opinion.
Dont want to open a can of worms here. Lol
