You would have had plenty of warning. I feel bad that this is all the seeds I have. Next time around there will be more. I have a dedicated tent now and that makes all the difference.

Those are some gorgeous plants, @Golfnutt. I was in a similar situation this summer. I made the right choice I guess, but it’s a shame to chop two plants that look like that.

Don’t you love it when people promise to send 
out, then drag their feet? Sorry everyone. My updated plan is to figure out a random selection before this weekend, make announcements and ship the following week.
Anyway, this post is about the S1s. As you probably remember, I planted four seeds and two sprouted. One is doing quite well. I somehow killed the other one. I transplanted it, and a couple of days later it suddenly drooped and died.
However… The other one is doing well. This picture is from yesterday. Today I did my second topping. I’m working on creating a very low, 16-cola manifold. The assumption is that this sprout is exactly like her mom in every way. That assumption is FALSE. But it’s a good thing to start with.
Anyway, if she’s like her mom, the most productive space is the last five inches of the cola. If she’s not like her mom, I’ll probably have to wait until Christmas before she’s tall enough to flip
