Male on the left is spreading out and trying to take over. Better that than growing into the light, I imagine. I like the growth habit of the female on the right with three mains (not so stretchy) [Edit: she actually has four - I let one of the lowers grow up after I accidentally broke the fourth upper]. That’s good too because the one in the middle seems to have at least one male flower. The internode spacing is too great anyway.
I definitely don’t want to make seed with her because of that. So, if I can find a place to flower her on her own, I’ll just remove any male parts I see and run her for bud.
That’s an extremely healthy looking garden, beautiful deep green.
Iv only ever had SD once, years ago from HSO… Amherst SD they called it. I’ll never forget the whoa sensation on the first toke. Ran several packs and found Chem’s.
I need to revisit this strain. I have some from Sebring tucked away I believe.
Anyway, iv enjoyed following your work thus far bro.
I chopped the the seeded plant yesterday, but I can’t answer you because I have not harvested the bud plant yet. Can’t call it sinsemilla because it was the herm and it did drop a little pollen on itself. Fortunately, that was awhile after I had separated it from the plant for seed increase.
That’s sad to hear it Hermed on you how far in I’m day 30 on 1 female I go lt going no signs of intersex yet my girl stacking hard and fast though seen a few people say they hermed out @middleman beautiful plant though and did it throw anthers or straight balls?
I think I posted it earlier in this thread. It was early in flower.
Full pollen sacs. It was initially just one. I immediately separated it. Then I pulled about 10 over the next few weeks. One opened on me before I found it though.
I had a super long internode girl I culled because she was 3-4x as lanky as the rest of the plants I just didn’t want to deal with wrangling that in my tent had 3 males 3 females other female started to auto flower so I was left with my lone female but so far looking real nice going to toss up some photos later tonight of her has some real interesting smell to her a bit of gas and almost like fermenting wine
Might be! But sour for sure is known to be a bitch sometimes and can be finicky for sure going to keep a keen eye on my girl just incase but one of the most vigorous I have in my tent as long as she makes it to the finish line I think she’s going to be quite the yielder the risk is worth the reward I think!
I did baby them pretty good. No intense lights, They never got heavy feedings… as it was a seed run, I fed them 1/2 strength 20-20-20 for pretty much the whole grow, ive had a few other strains (chocolope being ine of them) that every time I’d try a heavy feeding a couple bananas would show up… then light feeding or straight water amd nothing fir weeks, then a heavy feeding and bam, bananas, lol
I too have been babying my girl lowered the light intensity a bit haven’t been going full blast like I normally do knowing sours tendencies been making sure to not go crazy on feed so far paying off knock on 🪵 sad to hear that about chocolope who’s version it’s one of my favorite strains ran it back in 2010ish was one of my earlier runs
