Yeah @Enjoi802 I now know what you mean by pulling hair out. What about humidity? Last week was really dry. It’s back to 45-50 now. What would you recommend?
Do they grow normal outside? My Flo is quirky sometimes indoor but is very consistent outdoors.
No I did not @Mrgreenthumb
Create an invisible force field of beneficial bacteria, by spraying them twice each week with a lactobacilli mixture(fermented milk and rice water diluted in water). It works well both indoors and outdoors.
I have heard of these things but have never used. I don’t think that would’ve cured the problem but you never know. I should try to incorporate more beneficials to my garden nonetheless.
Dj’s work throws out a lot of mutations. It’s the Thai that does it. Variegation, crinkle leaf, tips turn down like it’s been fed too much, single/triple leaf fingers.
So runoff is at 6.8. Not sure if that’s too high.
Anyway here are the ones most resembling my Flo cut.
Lots of different “ph soil chart” I think the general consensus is any ph between 6.2 and 7.2 give or take .3, plants looking Hapi
Hapi growing
Ok so I guess they are just not the prettiest looking plants. They will be going into their final home here soon. I am ready to start seeing some flowers.
The plants look awesome… Can’t wait to see some flowers , gonna be a interesting grow, see what these girls can do
oh and 6.8 ph is right on the money
Those look top-notch to me.
I think I am seeing 3 main variances. But they are slight variances within them. They sure are giving me second guesses on the things I do for them. It’s been a great learning experience so far. Flowering is coming soon.
Thanks. Tomorrow i will post some pictures of another group that look similar.
Amateur/rusty grower chiming in here, love seeing your efforts to preserve some classic genetics. I may be mistaken but the dark green appearance/ tip curl
going on could indicate an excess of nitrogen if im recalling correctly. And I recognize the stunted/yellow twisty main growth tips as ive come across this in many of.my previous grows. My hazy mind is recalling something about them being short on either phosphorus or potassium (maybe locked out or simple deficiency) . Curious as to what you are feeding/have fed them for the past while, perhaps ive missed that in the previous posts.
In the past (using GH 3 part) when seeing this formation ive been shy on adding flowering nutes with the veg water. The plants seem to need a well balanced diet during the veg phase. Slowly but surely learning this after a few head scratching stall-out moments
Happy growing , can’t wait to see how your run pans out .
Probably just nerves with the journal. They look awesome!! Keep on keepin on
I am guessing the pictures I posted the other day are the stretch indica ones. I really don’t know much about the traits and stuff of these temple Flo. Learning as I go.
Soil used is a local Michigan soil called Potters Gold. I mix in a generous amount of worm castings. For fertilizer I have been using dynagro grow formula at about 1/4 strength. Only fed 2 times. I foliared with a neem oil based ipm just a few times but not lately.
I have been struggling keeping my temp stable. It seems to rise and fall more than I would like 72-77. It stays consistent during lights off 70.
I just kicked in the next pair of lamps today at 50%. So total of 2 Phantom Bio led 2 1000 mh and 2 hps. None of the Temple Flo are under it. Just getting things fired up so I can get things dialed in for flower.
Not familiar with the dyna grow line, it does seem to be an all round formula based off a quick view of the label, wondering if the worm castings is causing the all round formula to become unbalance in one way or another?
As for the Temperature, after converting to Celsius for this igloo dweller to comprehend , it would seem that 72f =20c and 77f=25c , and far as im aware growth can significantly be affected below 25c , perhaps firing up those other lights will provide some extra heat to help keep your grow a bit warmer?
