That list sounds killer great picks that stardawg guava x ssdd sounds interesting, curious how soul mate will do from all I’ve read I think that pinesoul makes some great stuff and every cheech wizard I’ve seen grown out has looked amazing I’m really hoping to find something like nubes number 11 pheno from the co op run when I get to those. Have heard nothing but awesome things about black dominas effects mixed with 88g13hp gotta be some killer spicy hashy nighttime smoke and all this wookie talk I’ve been seeing lately along with some killer looking plants makes me really think I need to make another order :joy:

Bodhi for president!

I’m hoping these dream beavers take soon! Been a few days already. For some reason bodhi beans give me the hardest time to pop.

I’ve always had good luck with Bodhi beans popping without issue. Did you scuff those seeds before soaking? How are you germinating the seeds?

I just soak them until they don’t float , pop em’ in a starter cup , dome them. It’s how I’ve always done it to be honest. Some breeders they pop in two days for me. With air guitar for example, 3 of 5 took for me.

Do you suggest scuffing them?

I normally scuff my seeds to thin the shell. I’ve heard this is especially important when working with older seeds… like Dream Beaver.

If they don’t take prior to my leaving for a few days maybe I can dig them up and try that. Thanks for the tip! I got a gift from Great Lakes that should do the job with a few shakes to the seeds.

I literally soak them until they pop a root out, then i plant them root down directly in the dirt or coco. Seen it take less than 24hrs up to 2 weeks for the beans to pop in a shotglass of water and h2o2. Had to top off or replace the water a few times. Usually have like 99% success rate this way.

Seeds can’t drown. I once forgot about them for a couple days and came down to see 3 full blown seedlings floating in the shotglass with the shells on the bottom

How much H2o2 do you use?

I’ve had a couple autos beans in a wet paper towel turn to mush instead of popping out a taproot.

But the last round I tried the shot glass and had great success

I usually just eye it but around 1ml of h202 to 29ml tap water in a standard shot glass or medicine cup from nyquil or something ^^

Other biggest thing I’ve found is, set it somewhere warm. I get the quickest germ rates around 80 degrees F.

You read my mind. Scuffing always helps me w seed germing. Some of Bodhi’s seeds are several years old so i recommend a gentle scuffing.

But i don’t scuff seeds that are newly made (1-2 years old). Learned that lesson when i accidentally shredded a couple of @HolyAngel ’s SSDD f2bx1 seeds. :smiling_face_with_tear:
