A friend here in Missouri got off probation after 2 1/2 years of no failed drug test and extremely good behavior. Got a letter in the mail saying he still had to pay probation fees for another year.

Sad part is that he was jailed for cannabis. 2500$ to bond out. So he gets a loan from his family and pays it and goes back to court with a court appointed attorney and the judge tells him if you can afford to get bailed out then you can afford a lawyer. You have no rights to a attorney in Missouri! No bail bondsman.

this is why people have always kept dogs. Too many anti-dog laws today. The leash laws that swept America in the 70’s and 80’s have enabled coyotes to move in to residential areas, even aggressive turkeys are becoming a problem around here.

Holy fuck dude. I only read one on the list about the two chicks who each stole ~$5 in makeup and ended up owing $10k+. Hopefully they can get the attention needed to fix that scam.

Damn, I’m naive about my blessings some time. From CA that sounds like a reason to flee to a non-extradition place. 
I did 80hrs community svc for an oz & 80 in a 55mph right after the law here made OZzy posession a 100$ max fine. 
so it was $700 for the speeding… Only way I could give them the finger was to deny them their win & smoked dank & took naps doing my “time”. 
Took a piss in the planter outside the Board of Supervisors.

Reproduction of an old merchant schooner that used to sail out of the city. It normally has 3 masts as well, but it’s been gone for repairs.
