Thought I would add that you can pick up at a USPS post office with general delivery. Ships to local hub where it’s held for pickup.
Within the US first class mail usps is your best bet for security, and tracking. I also use it to ship to canada. Not searchable and cheap. Up to 13 oz for small packages.
I dont think Id do an insurance claim with UPS if I paid to insure it. But you can do priority mail with USPS and insure as well if thats your desire. More times in route, more chances for issues.
