I don’t have a dog in this fight, and I respect both of you.
In Loki’s defense, I remember all the confusion (and concern) about giving out banking information to a third-party entity. I wouldn’t do it. I know alternatives were proposed after the fact, but many were caught off guard. I can understand that.
In G-paS defense, it seems like an unreasonable responsibility to have to message each user individually. The responsibility should be on the user to contact her if they’re backing out.

Three time is a lot, but I can’t imagine @G-paS meant for it to be malicious.
“You” seems strong, in that by my understand @G-paS didn’t change anything? There was an issue with the prior method, so it had to be changed. Didn’t this all come up with the Spring box anyway? I feel like this wasn’t the first time this issue was raised. If I am correct… it seems like people should’ve realized there was an issue and made choices accordingly?
ETA: Not trying to start an argument, just acknowledging that this is all volunteer run, and patience and presuming that people have good intentions goes a long way.

I meant it is safer then you sending me a paper check. Paper checks have the same info and most paper check have more info on them and if I am as untrustworthy as you imply and I was IT savvy I could do more bad stuff.
It was posted in the old update thread. I started the new clean thread in May with the information in it also so it would be easier to find.
I worked with ~100 that reached out for paypal and did cash so it must not have been an issue after I made that post for most.

Thank you @G-paS for all the hard work you put in to distribute the Co-op boxes, it’s time consuming, and a lot of work!!!
I for one, appreciate that you ran a PayPal option , as I can’t use Echeck as a payment. I had no problem paying whatsoever for what I signed up for.
You take a lot of time tracking, accepting payment, mailing, notifying, and keeping track of the Co-Op signups.
I TRULY appreciate all the hard work that you put in!!!

I paid for my box via a paypal payment which you have received. However as I’ve explained a couple times I am not able to figure out what it is you’re needing me to do on the DYI site. I attempted it several times and repeatedly became frustrated. I sent you my mailing information via a PM using privnote but you indicated you cannot work with that. So I guess either refund the paypal payment or keep the money. Would rather have the seeds but I’m not smart enough to figure out how to do it.

Thank You! I am trying to get these seeds out of my house and to the folks that grow them. I have found people don’t follow threads once visited one time. I posted the list in a reg post. It would be easier in the OP so I put it there so I can keep track of boxes claimed. As some won’t come here I put it in its own post.
There was an issue with the Spring Box. When there was a problem last box we worked to fix it.
As far as this box, nothing has changed.
@Northern_Loki as a mod I fell you need to take a step back and see what you posted.
You seem to be pissed that I am trying to help everyone. As I had told people I was closing this box down mid October when USPS started the holiday surcharge and found they aren’t doing that this and am doing work I am not required or expected you should be ashamed.

Adding in more options seems better and not worse. I’m sure many of these people did these boxes for the first time. This was my first box and it went super smooth. We appreciate you @G-paS
And to clarify, if e-check was the only option, I never would’ve went through with it… so adding in these other options was a great idea in my opinion. Most people are leery of e-check options instead of card.
