I did not see Mackinaw, I was in the town of Onaway which is about 40 min. south.
Well, I rode my SXS around several nearby towns.
I got to see a large porcupine and a very large bull elk both less than 30 feet from me.
I truly needed to get away, unfortunately, my wife was not able to go but I had a really good time.
I got to ride with some local folks and even met some bear hunters and their dogs.
Quite the operation that bear hunting is.
