Let me get my binoculars out so I can read that!!
Is that what u call ur glasses? Just how blind are u? Hahaha
Looking at the recipe for the finishing tea something stood out to me. I buy both bat guano and seabird guano. Not sure what kind of bird is used in the second ingredient on the list that says bat / bird guano. If itās seabird guano be careful with that as itās rich in nitrogen. I use seabird guano as a vegging supplement and use bat guano during flowering. And the bat guano I use is from fruit eating bats. Guano from insect eating bats can be high in nitrogen as well. I used to think bat guano was bat guano and it was pretty much the same. So be careful if youāre not wanting to add too much nitrogen during flowering.
There should be a really, really good reason you canāt provide the nutrient through the roots before going to the leaves. Most of the things you listed couldāve been put in the soil or water, or still could at this point.
I personally would never spray anything in flower, but some do.
Since he added the example of 0-10-0 that tells me seabird guano which because of their diet is typically little to no N. I just do the substitution of bone meal. Bought way to much bone meal when I first started growing and wanna use it before I buy some seabird. Bat guano is typically a 9-3-1 but can come in other npk depending on region of diet but is usually a balanced high medium low on the npk
This is the bat guano I use, itās a 7-3-1 and found a seller on ebay that his was testing 10-3-1 so I got that and mixed em evenly so Iām averaged about an 8.5-3-1
This is the seabird guano that comes to mind when Iām purchasing and this one is 0-11-0
Rev suggests the high nitrogen for the first half of flower to anticipate for the flower stretch punch, then back off nitrogen by the end. I trust his recipes as long as they are followed with the amounts in the recipes. Been using it for years with excellent results and no deficiencies or burns. Only time I had burn was not paying attention and doubling the 9-3-1 guano which I wonāt be doing again
Iāve seen a few mentions here saying calcium canāt be foliar sprayed, as it wonāt pass through the leaf etc.
A calcium carbonate chelted with amino acids will work. I believe Growing Organics make a product like that.
I linked this up top but Iāll post it again - https://www.ctahr.hawaii.edu/oc/freepubs/pdf/sa-10.pdf - This is where I got the recipe for water soluble calcium but there are many just like floating around the internet. This one calls for roasted egg shells and vinegar.
All of them call for a foliage spray as the best form application. Iām not sure why people thinks calcium wouldnāt work as a spray but if you have a link or further Info about that or the product you mention Iād be happy to read about it
Found the one, not something Iāve ever used before, but I believe if you trawl the Build A Soil youtube channel they use it on there or at least talk about it.
Looks awesome! Id be all about it but Iām trying to save money with KNF right now and egg shells and vinegar cost me nothing
