Go to P.O., ask for the Stamp for āNO MACHININGā. I think itās an extra 15 cents. You can send TWO Flips (tape to Index Card), they will fit through their Slot Thingy. I also stamp my Envelops āFRAGILE NON-MACHINABLEā. Got the Stamp from Amazon, around $8 - $10. SS/BWā¦mister
