Thanks! The Chunky Skunk is for sure very much chunky. It has 2 main tops that are very thick and solid. Kinda worried about it molding inside when I go to dry em. Gonna make sure have all the fans going for the first couple days of the dry. Excited about these 3 ladies. Last grow was meh with the C99 and GDP i had. Cut a tester off Stilton #2 around day 49, smoked on that for the passed couple days and wow very tasty and good stone to it being only at 49 days. Sweet creamy smell when broken up, can’t really describe the flower smell, almost some kind of wood with hint of pine and sweetness. Not sure if what the Stilton should smell like, but I like it. The Chunky Skunk is heavy lemon candy sweetness. Cut off a small lower tester a day or 2 ago.

I’m new to this hobby so I know very little a about drying and curing but I am learning. Boy is this a fun hobby to learn. Even the mistakes aren’t half bad, lol. Can’t wait to see them when you finish.

I’ve been growing on and off for probably 20yrs. took some year(s) breaks quite often. Started using LEDs back in 2020 and love em. I try to keep stuff as simple as possible now and not over think it too much. With my last harvest though I fugged up a bit. Plants took forever to finish, think was around 11-12 weeks or so of flower. Then tried to dry them whole plant with 1 tiny fan going and my C99 molded about 90% of the bigger buds so I just tossed it all. The GDP didn’t mold at all, but the high was non existent. I’m already impressed with the Stilton sample I took, and the fact that these are looking to finish up by end of week 8 into a little of week 9. Just gonna take caution more with air movement to make sure nothing molds, like I said the Chunky skunk is very thick and solid, so probably break it down into branches to dry versus whole plant. Also with that Stilton sample, the resin was insane, after breaking up a bud to smoke I had to clean my fingers cause it wouldn’t allow me to use the lighter as it was a sticky sticky mess haha

Looks very good to me.
You should be very proud of yourself. I definitely like the yellow color. I’m sure it’s very tasty. I’m sure it’ll get you where you need to be.

What smells are you getting off it?

Smells like overripe apples and some Berry notes and taste like a baked apple pie fresh from the oven and smooth smoke
