Why is it in ice ?

Yeah, I sometimes put them in ice water for a few hours. It’s bro science, but just like flowers in ice water, it makes them swell up and stiffen. It also keeps them alive longer during hanging, slowing the cure, preserving terpenes better, due to higher moisture content.

Does it make sense? Lot of guys do the opposite letting them dry out before cutting. Both work. But the ice water just sounds cooler, lol.

Harvested my 2nd grow last night, Black cherry soda from Blimburn. I didn’t do any icing in late flower to bring out colors this time around. First pic is from a week ago, second pic is from the hanging room just now.
