Well, what’s cool is that his comes from a direct heirloom. Mine is from a grower about 50 miles north of Paonia. So I’ve been super paranoid about the chances of cross pollination etc with how many CBD and THC farms exist in that region, so his could really stabilize, and I’m about 70 miles from Paonia myself so growing outdoor here could do a lot of good for stabilizing them near their original climate
P.S. in soil sourced from the rocky mountains too, so my soil bags also mimic their natural habitat

I really want to get land on the grand Mesa. Big inactive volcano that blew its whole top. Tons of lakes, fungi, forest, volcanic dirt

Yeah this cheap local soil needs some serious drainage I couldn’t get down lol, gets muddy then dries too quickly

Gonna move back to starting in ole Happy Frog so I can get some got dang plants up and attem
Will update soon! Gonna do a fun little selection of females indoors and outdoors, pollinating to Doug’s generously offered Paonia purple paralyzer pollen
This is going to for sure include my pheno of Paonia purple paralyzer
I also might run Afgooey and purple lavender assuming I can grab gibberellic acid soon
Might also run unicorn truffles x London Pound Mints, or PBB x Romulan
This winter I’ll run autos inside
And starting next season, I will hopefully have my new tent schemes nailed down, so it should be a good time to start on my next breeding project, which I’ll likely start by crossing Ocean Grown seeds Dark Helmet to Alien Rock Candy

It’ll get there. Tried something new to save a buck but it didn’t work out in my favor, so I’m going back to basics for the time being
My actual soil is mixed and should be great, it’s an old recipe that’s been sitting with compost charging up and amendments breaking down for a few months now
But, I needed soil to start in and tried to go for some cheap peat with mushroom compost and add vermiculite to drain, bad idea lol
