Working an overnight solo, but got some good time in all of my off days with family. Not a bad year at all.

Ham smells delicious… noodles about ready to start… homemade dressing (grandmas recipe) with oysters, fucking yum! And without for people not in the know lol
Quick tip for those that love to brine the bird. As you know you can’t make gravy with the broth (way too salty) so I buy turkey thighs at Kroger and boil them down the night before. Pop the broth in the fridge, scrape the fat off the top and make the gravy before the bird even comes out of the oven.
Stuffing - The stuffing is too salty with a brined bird as well, so I make stuffing balls and pop them in a muffin pan for stuffing muffins. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
