@LemonadeJoe I think the random name generator would be much better than a number generator, especially since the members couldn’t pick their numbers.

We’ll add numbers for those who haven’t done that already just before the draw…

I’d love to, but I don’t know about any free service that offers it… Eventually, any computer generator is based on random numbers.

The advantage of our random generator bot is that he is public on our Discord. This adds additional trustworthiness because we can draw all numbers in the real time…

The probability of drawing particular numbers is the same for all numbers in the set…

We need a mechanism that can be used in realtime with an audience. That’s why the dice roll bot on Discord is the best.

The one you are suggesting could be only recorded as a video (not in realtime) so someone could object that I’ve recorded it multiple times to get the result I want.

Discord is easily accessible for everyone. If we would move to realtime video streaming (e.g. youtube) I’m not sure we could get the same audience in.
