If you only had 2 bags which micron would you use, Have a batcg comming and ony want to “shake” 2 bags – thinking 73 and 160 micron or 90 and 120 micron’s - 73 micron and 120 the do a 220 micron for cooking ? Thoughts ??? (dry ice method)

I would use the 160 and the 120. You loose a little on quality. But, it’s easier than trying the 73 or 25.
All depends on what your looking for. But, I was satisfied with that @hawkman
