Weirdā¦ we had hotdogs yesterday for lunchā¦ got 2 different kinds (didnāt have Nathans) Oscar Meyer Uncured and Ball Park ā¦ Did a taste testā¦and the Oscar Meyer tastes SO much like fake, cheapo liquid smoke!
Iād rather eat the really cheapo store brand- at least I know what to expect!

HOTDOG NIGHT! I tried something a little different tonightā¦ didnāt have enough buns to go aroundā¦ so- I split a dog an stuffed it with pepperoni and pepper-jack cheese-- ran it through the air fryer and ate it on a ābunā made of Garlic toast!
DELISH!!
Gonna do this again-- but honestly, woulda been better on a bun-- toasted with garlic butter though!
