East coast is colder than the prairie provinces, no? I dont put anything out until after May long weekend…as said earlier in the thread, early to mid-June…definitely want to have them hardened off and ready for action.

You can see her plants are only about a foot tall when they go into her boxes, 12 -15 FEET at Harvest!!! Impressive Outdoor Grow!!!

@Shadey I had a problem with that when I started some tomato and pepper plants in with my indoor grow.
When I was hardening off the tomatoes and peppers I brought in a batch of thrips! Since then, while I enjoy starting my own veggie plants, I have gone with stuff from the local nursery.
