I soaked then planted some seeds into soil, Blue Cheese, and of the 3 started I had 1 sprout. After waiting for about 5 days I presumed that the other seed was not going to go so I started 2 more, of which 1 sprouted. Waited about another week and still nothing on the other so I started 2 more, both of which sprouted, YAY! Now, after nearly 3 weeks, the unsprouted seeds sprouted giving me a seedling and a sprout in 1 3" pot and a seedling and 2 sprouts in another 3" pot. I know that I will have to transplant but how am I going to work this as I do not want to lose the sprouts but also do not want to let the roots get tangled up with each other. How long should I wait before I can transplant the seedlings and sprouts to give them the best chance of survival?
2 sprouts in a pot is hard to separate because they are so delicate. just let the weaker one die. survival of the fittest

Sprouts are very delicate, I would wait a little longer and then decide if you want to risk it. I’d wash away soil slowly using very fine stream of water to expose bare roots.
I have transplanted also few young seedlings from soil to clay peebles for hydroponics few times… It is doable when you are careful, but of course it means stress for the plant.
