Is there any recourse for foxtails once the buds have set?

Hi OG -

I have three autos going in a tiny cab (12" x 12" x 24" total space), at slightly different stages (one on the verge of finishing, one about 10 days out, one about 3 weeks out). The cab is lit by a 90w QB, but it's turned down to 30-40w, plants are in 1/2 - 2/3 gal super soil each. Unfortunately, I wasn't around during most of veg / stretch to train them, and the two younger plants grew to within about 4" of the light. Of course, now the buds at the top of the main colas on those two are foxtailing - is there anything that can be done about this? With the warmer weather, I've turned the light down to ~25-30W, which seems like it maybe helped, not sure.

Now that the buds at the tips are pretty set (and foxed), is there anything I can do to improve them? Or just keep the light turned down, let them finish and deal with it?
