Really held up well for 10 years. Coughing for hours on end just tore me up. Frigging terrible. Didn’t help my back at all either.

I had 2 hernias fixed at the same time on Jan 31 2022. An Epigastric hernia, and an Umbilical hernia.
I still experience pain everyday. It can start hurting even if I am just simply laying in bed.
Either my surgeon didn’t do a good job, or I buggered it up an I need to get it fixed? I don’t know.

Ok, now I’m concerned here for a fact. There are 3 of you with bad hernia stories… I have an inguinal hernia that doc says is progressing but no need of operation, yet.
edit… I can’t put likes on those posts from all 3 of yas. I feel your pain, literally and figuratively!
lol I lived a rough, 'burn-the-candle-at-both-ends’life, while going 90 miles an hour down a dead end street! Apparently so did a bunch of the rest of yas!
Our bodies are now, in our older years, getting revenge for the hell we put em through! lol

I didn’t mind drinking, and never drank to get drunk. I hated that feeling. But watching others get drunk and stupid is annoying as hell. Seems like veryone’s got that one friend/relative.
Lmao, “tooth hurty” @Slick1. That’s ironic but sad at the same time. Root canals are no fun. I’d just ask for the gas. I always pay the extra $30 for the gas if I have the chance. Depends on the procedure. You’ll be fine. Hope ur feeling better now. Remember, no straws! I’ll tell y’all a hilarious N2o story later. 
@buck90, @chronix, and @JohnnyPotseed, I’ve never experienced a hernia and hope not to. Currently laying on a heat pad for herniated disk, lol but not the same. I cannot imagine how that feels. Sure hope it all works out for you both. Keep up with your meds and doctors. Take care of yourselves!

I also have a hiatal hernia in my stomach somewhere…the doctor said we will keep an eye on it.
That specialist won’t return my phone calls…
Reminds me I should ask my new doctor to send me for another camera down my throat.
