Just as an additional precaution, check the run off Ph also
put the pot into a tray (to collect) and saturate until the water runs out bottom, then check the Ph of that
There could be a problem combination going on there

I’ll have to buy some strips. My meter shelled out on me. But yeah, I’ll do that. I have some Cal Magic that I’ll add to tonight’s watering. I have very hard well water so I backed off on using the Cal. It might have been a bad choice at that.

Very well could be a combo then. Don’t overdo it! lol SMALL doses over a few days is the key here.
Also remove all the damaged leaves, they won’t recover.

I can second this! I came from using Fox Farms. Honestly it’s great…. Until problems arise. I’ve experienced a host of nightmares trying to fix things until I learned exactly what Johnny is saying. Targeted problems need targeted fixes. And then I still struggle at times!

Do you happen to have any bone meal laying around? That’s a good source(natural) of Phosphorus
You’ll need both, the Phos and Cal.
Either steamed bone meal or fish bone meal
Chicken or pig manure is also another good source

I also use premix nutes, like General Hydroponics. But that’s used when no problems are there.
For individual plants with their own individual problems, I use a syringe to add what I need to that plant’s feed schedule only.

I still keep a small can of FF Open sesame and Beastie Bloom around for emergencies. I learned what FF does well enough over the past few years and make a secret recipe of both when things really struggle. But that stuff is fairly strong and you can burn one quick! Brought my little ones back when my soil failed me this round! Frankie ate it like Candy and hardly event burnt a tip. Both of those are for flower but I’ve used them more to fix things in veg.

I will do the same, if I’ve ran out for the moment of what I need, give em small doses of the premix with the needed nutes in em. It’ll do for a short term fix until the right stuff can be ordered.
Rose always (or usually at least, lol) tells me if I’m running low on anything, so I can order it before we run out.

A little over 9 weeks, so I’m just giving water this last week which will be 10 weeks total flowering. Its just now starting to amber but the trichs are all cloudy for sure. Should be the buzz I want when I chop

Yes, I did take a sample bud (just chopped, ground and fired up, no microwave or dehydrator), and it was already strong. Loved the buzz. Can’t wait for the finished product!

lol Never use the microwave! It explodes the trichome heads and you lose THC all over the inside of the microwave!
While you might still get a nice buzz from using the microwave, if you look at the bud under microscope, you’ll see ALL the trich heads are exploded! The buzz will be so much stronger if dried in a more conventional manner, lol

I’ve done it. I’m sure it reduces the buds potency but there’s a decent way to do it.
Put a couple of small buds in a small paper bag.
Roll up the top as best you can and then microwave for 4-6 seconds. Open the bag and let fresh air in and then repeat… etc etc etc. It may take twenty times but you end up with smoke-able bud that isn’t very harsh at all. For a fact, it still gets you high too. lol

SO, lol you then smoke the bag also? Just to get the exploded THC all over the inside of it?
I already said you’ll still get a buzz from micro’d buddage, lol It’s the process using microwaves that explodes the heads, no matter what you do to try and protect it!

I use the fox farms but mix it very weak bout a quarter of what it says. I only have a small closet baby but haven’t had any issues. (Knock knock) u guys know a hell of a lot better me tho lol. I learn a lot on here everyday. This is my “online classroom”

I’ve used a lot of different brands over the years. FF is one of em, I find they all pretty much have similar ratios of the essential nutes. I like General Hydroponics for the ease of basics use. i use specific stand-alone nutes to address different problems, if any.

I’ve been looking at the GH Ph perfect line. Is this what you use Johnny? Is it all PH perfect with GH?
