Good afternoon everyone!
Did you look at that price?! lol
They ain’t THAT damn nice!
Dang @JohnnyPotseed , $120 is chump change ain’t it? lol
lol As much as I’d like to have one ( they are a good idea) I think I’ll wait for the market to catch up to the technology and the price comes down (way down!)
If that gave you sticker shock, they have a grinder for $180
For a grinder?! FUCK THAT!
At that price, the ‘grinder’ better clean it and roll it up, as well as gimme a light!
Lmfao Im with you brother lol ain’t no way! God gave me my own built in grinders:raised_hand_with_fingers_splayed:
I’ve had this old grinder for over20yrs, lol if it ain’t broke… don’t fix it!
A little ISO every now n then to clean it out and like new again!
That is a metric fuckton of a price holy shit!!The split design reminds me of the Journey pipes they had I actually liked them they hit really nice despite being a split frame but That HOj one has a really good heatsink design i work with heatsinks all day long that one does have good engineering in it.I just cant wrap my head around how expensive that is ,i could never buy 350$ glass pipes and 750$ bongs that were going to dropped ,Stolen or become property of the erie county sheriff’s dept.Call me cheapo i guess.Still cant get over how much a Studen Glass is either.500$ For that thing cant donit man thats like a brand new light for me lol
Yep, lol I noticed that too… But still wouldn’t go on it, if I had a gun to my head!
I seem to remember a certain someone cough …cough @MoBilly …cough …Telling someone on here about an expensive piece I believe it was a Studen glass That they could have The Masereti or they could go with the Ford fiesta comparing the ebay 100$ ones lol
It is a smooooth smoking pipe. I just wish it burned everything without having to rake the edges in on the second hit but that’s no big deal. If it hadn’t been a gift, I’d never have afforded one.
All it cost me was penning down an old memory. lol
Looking good Johnny, you’re a master at your craft my friend.
Man, I wish my closer worked as well as yours. I’ve had five Vortex cuts and three Pineapple Skunk. For about two weeks or better. Nothing. I MAY have a few white pimples where the roots could come. I have changed water twice.
Do you always use a cloner machine or is it a plain glass of water ? or do you ever dabble in the world of rooting powders?
For smooth I love my Volcano!
I have used clonex gel. In fact, I have a clone in soil that I cut the same day as the other Vortex. I cut seven. Put five in the cloner (still nothing). The other two in soil after dipping in clonex. One did not make it. One did. Its a clone now.
I also took two cuts from my Blue Tara plant. In soil with clonex. Nothing yet.
Don’t know what to think.
I used to used the powder stuff. I would mix it with a couple drops of water. Make a paste. Then use it much like clonex. It worked miraculously.
I made a sweet cloner machine sprayer nozzle heads neopreen gaskets in a five gallon i got maybe one cutting to root in that thing i went back to Hormex # 8 for hard and woodybcuttings and a humidity dome at 75 degrees and i cant even take as much as i had too id never have room they all take root now even the Bubba roots might work a little easier i started using a plastic steakknife to score the stems its a little easier on them and shoots roots like hairs on a horse tail
When I made my cloner, it worked spot on, the first two times I used it. I may need to get it a bit warmer. I got roots in about six days.
Those cuts in my cloner are still green, after two weeks, so I will let them do what they do on their own time. I’m just tired of waiting on them. Lol.
I dont think i have the finess to work anything even remotely hydro i just lack something and it feel ehhh about it.The only take on it i use is the damn Grodan blocks when i pop a cutting into it.I used to go aloe Frond then into plain warm soil in a Solo on a heating mat.Works justvtakes like 2 weeks and some cuts werent having it they didnt make it sucked these now take 9 days max pretty much everything then into soil i can’t believe how fast they fill rootballs in pots blows my mind through those grodan blocks gives them a really good base that digs into that pot.Now soil i can Hang and hold my weight with the big dogs on the porch and tree em all moonlight long thats my comfort zone i guess.
