Thunder is kicking major ass this year. I watch every single game. We have a real chance to go to the finals if the second season is like the first half. I’m excited.

Lazy day here just doing housework, picked up some pulled pork earlier and I didn’t check the plate before I got home. I like the outside meat generally but this is too much. @GallacreekD66 how thick of a bark do you like?

I generally smoke em for bout four hours then wrap em to keep ‘em from getting too smoky for the rest. I like kind of a light to medium bark. I like to taste my meat with a hint of smoke not overpowering.
